Tyto materi\u00e1ly a metody pr\u00e1ce budou vznikat jako pr\u016f\u0159ez v r\u00e1mci v\u00fduky r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed obsah dan\u00e9 \u00a0problematiky a pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b budou implementov\u00e1ny do \u0161koln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch program\u016f. Projekt m\u00e1 4 hlavn\u00ed partnery a na v\u0161ech t\u011bchto \u0161kol\u00e1ch budou prob\u00edhat aktivity stejn\u00e9ho rozsahu, metodicky \u0161koly povede p\u0159\u00edjemce podpory, ale v\u00edt\u00e1na ka\u017ed\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed iniciativa z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch \u0161kol. Finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky umo\u017en\u00ed \u0161kol\u00e1m zajistit z\u00e1zem\u00ed v\u00fduky t\u00e9to problematiky, ale tak\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed prost\u0159edky na tvorbu vlastn\u00edch v\u00fdukov\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvat a roz\u0161i\u0159ovat je i mezi ostatn\u00ed \u0161koly.<br \/>\nAktivity jsou pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 tak, aby co nejv\u00edce zasahovaly do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fduky \u0161koly, ale s lep\u0161\u00edm z\u00e1zem\u00edm a ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161koly zrealizuje i n\u011bkolik projektov\u00fdch dn\u016f v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu v\u00fduky. Ve druh\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti projektu jsou pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 &#8220;projektov\u00e9 dny&#8221;, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed jednor\u00e1zovou \u00fa\u010dast dal\u0161\u00edch \u0161kol, kter\u00e9 projevily z\u00e1jem p\u0159i osloven\u00ed p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b projektu. Zde budou p\u0159ipravovat program p\u0159\u00edjemce podpory a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i partne\u0159i a pr\u00e1v\u011b zde bude s n\u00e1mi spolupracovat dal\u0161\u00ed partner &#8211; VO\u0160 zdravotnick\u00e1 a SZ\u0160 Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Projekt &#8220;Pozn\u00e1v\u00e1me, jak zdrav\u011b \u017e\u00edt&#8221; je rozd\u011blen celkem do 7 aktivit, z nich\u017e kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 a nejobs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed jsou prvn\u00ed \u010dty\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p>1. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;Klub zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu&#8221; p\u0159edstavuje vytvo\u0159en\u00ed jedn\u00e9 u\u010debny u p\u0159\u00edjemce i u v\u0161ech partner\u016f, kter\u00e1 bude m\u00edt postupn\u011b vybudov\u00e1no z\u00e1zem\u00ed (technika, knihy, prostory na prezentace apod.) tak, aby \u017e\u00e1ci byli seznamov\u00e1ni co nejpest\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed formou s jednotliv\u00fdmi oblastmi zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu. T\u00e9ma je rozd\u011bleno na 4 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed okruhy \u2013 zdrav\u00e1 strava, pohybov\u00e1 aktivita, z\u00e1vislosti a drogy a sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdchova. Ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden bude t\u0159\u00edda \u0159e\u0161it alespo\u0148 v jedn\u00e9 hodin\u011b sv\u00e9 p\u0159id\u011blen\u00e9 t\u00e9ma. Tyto hodiny p\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed ji\u017e ur\u010dit\u00e9 dovednosti \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, proto je aktivn\u011b zapojen 5. \u2013 9. ro\u010dn\u00edk, mlad\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci budou m\u00edt p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 aktivity dle pot\u0159eb a mo\u017enost\u00ed projektu. V klubu budou \u017e\u00e1ci \u010derpat zejm\u00e9na teoretick\u00e9 v\u011bdomosti, budou moci konzultovat s odborn\u00edky. Sv\u00e9 poznatky si budou \u017e\u00e1ci p\u0159ed\u00e1vat, sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce budou prezentovat v prostor\u00e1ch \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu vzniknou. Prob\u011bhnou tak\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee, r\u016fzn\u00e9 on-line dotazn\u00edky, exkurze. Zapojen\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 vytvo\u0159\u00ed sady pracovn\u00edch list\u016f, kter\u00e9 budou mapovat danou problematiku dle pot\u0159eb \u0161koly a budou ur\u010deny r\u016fzn\u00fdm ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm. Tyto sady pak budou vyd\u00e1ny a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny ve v\u00fduce v\u0161ech \u0161kol. \u017d\u00e1ci p\u0159iprav\u00ed i knihu poh\u00e1dek s danou problematikou, kter\u00e1 bude vydan\u00e1 \u00a0a op\u011bt p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me jej\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed zejm\u00e9na ve v\u00fduce na prvn\u00edm stupni \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<p>2. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;Zdrav\u011b v \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00e9 kuchyni&#8221; p\u0159inese zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00fduky va\u0159en\u00ed v r\u00e1mci pracovn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed. Tato v\u00fduka byla v posledn\u00edch letech na n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch opom\u00edjen\u00e1 \u010di vyu\u010dov\u00e1na okrajov\u011b vedle informatik apod. Na na\u0161ich \u0161kol\u00e1ch prob\u00edhala a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee s pomoc\u00ed projektu navr\u00e1t\u00edme tuto v\u00fduku na lep\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 a \u017ee bude v souladu prob\u00edhat v\u00fduka z\u00e1sad spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed a konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edprava j\u00eddel. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me i besedy nap\u0159. s \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch poradc\u016f, odborn\u00edci budou d\u011btem hodnotit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dky, prob\u011bhnou sout\u011b\u017ee, vzniknou tematick\u00e9 kucha\u0159ky. Prol\u00edn\u00e1 zde i finan\u010dn\u00ed gramotnost \u2013 zdrav\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek za v\u00fdhodnou cenu. Toto v\u0161e prob\u011bhne sou\u010dasn\u011b s vytvo\u0159en\u00edm lep\u0161\u00edho z\u00e1zem\u00ed \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch kuchyn\u011bk z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch \u0161kol, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje finan\u010dn\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed projektu.<\/p>\n<p>3. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;Zdrav\u011b v pohybu&#8221; by m\u011bla b\u00fdt dopln\u011bn\u00edm a o\u017eiven\u00edm v\u00fduky t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy. V hodin\u00e1ch t\u011blesn\u00e9 v\u00fdchovy bychom v\u00edce rozpracovali a prakticky vyzkou\u0161eli prvky efektivn\u00ed rozcvi\u010dky, z\u00e1sady posilov\u00e1n\u00ed, kondi\u010dn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed apod. Vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed se budou p\u0159ipravovat pomoc\u00ed odborn\u00fdch publikac\u00ed a formou konzultac\u00ed s odborn\u00edky. Do pov\u011bdom\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f vejde souvislost mezi sportem a zdravou v\u00fd\u017eivou, nezdrav\u011b hubnut\u00ed apod. Zakoupen\u00e9 krokom\u011bry pom\u016f\u017eou \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm zkoumat vliv pohybu na organismus, jsou pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy lanov\u00e9ho centra, kde propoj\u00edme i stmelov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch kolektiv\u016f. Prob\u011bhnou \u201e\u0161koln\u00ed marat\u00f3ny\u201c jako spole\u010dn\u00e1 akce v\u0161ech \u0161kol.<\/p>\n<p>4. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;Zdrav\u011b v doprav\u011b&#8221; m\u00e1 za c\u00edl zkvalitnit dopravn\u00ed v\u00fdchovu ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, t\u00fdk\u00e1 se zejm\u00e9na prvn\u00edho stupn\u011b \u0161koly. Tato t\u00e9mata jsou prob\u00edr\u00e1na pouze teoreticky nap\u0159. v prvouce, mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eit\u00ed dopravn\u00edho h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b jsou pro \u0161koly omezen\u00e9. Projekt umo\u017en\u00ed vytvo\u0159en\u00ed vlastn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro v\u00fduku i zakoupen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch pom\u016fcek tak, aby i nejmlad\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci ve \u0161kole mohli pozn\u00e1vat z\u00e1sady spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed v doprav\u011b a bezpe\u010dnosti zaj\u00edmavou formou.\u00a0Finan\u010dn\u00ed podpora n\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed m\u00edt n\u011bkter\u00e9 prvky dopravn\u00edho h\u0159i\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo ve \u0161kole, zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed cesty do \u0161koly p\u0159\u00edmo \u017e\u00e1ky, vznik nov\u00fdch\u00a0pom\u016fcek a zakoupen\u00ed interaktivn\u00edch program\u016f. Vzniknou zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee i programy pro ostatn\u00ed \u0161koly.<\/p>\n<p>5. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f \u2013 nutn\u00e1 podm\u00ednka \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti realizace projektu&#8221; \u2013 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f s t\u00e9matikou vztahuj\u00edc\u00ed se k projektu pro v\u0161echny pedagogy z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch \u0161kol, pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdjezd pedagog\u016f v po\u010d\u00e1tku projektu i individu\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlen\u016f realiza\u010dn\u00edho t\u00fdmu projektu. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me zkvalitn\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed t\u00e9mat v\u00fduky v t\u00e9to problematice. Vzhledem k p\u0159edchoz\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m \u0161koly v oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f (viz p\u0159edchoz\u00ed projekty) dojde k dopln\u011bn\u00ed ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve prob\u00edran\u00fdch t\u00e9mat semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>6. aktivita &#8211;\u00a0&#8220;P\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed v oblasti zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu v zem\u00edch EU&#8221; umo\u017en\u00ed dva zahrani\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdjezdy. Nejd\u0159\u00edve pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdjezd pedagog\u016f (N\u011bmecko, \u0160v\u00fdcarsko, Rakousko). Na tomto v\u00fdjezdu nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u0161koly ve jmenovan\u00fdch zem\u00edch a s kolegy z t\u011bchto \u0161kol budou prob\u00edrat jejich zku\u0161enosti s v\u00fdukou v oblasti zdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, p\u0159\u00edstup ve\u0159ejnosti k t\u00e9to problematice. Na\u0161i pedagogov\u00e9 budou m\u00edt p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 dotazn\u00edky a po t\u00e9 vyhodnot\u00ed zku\u0161enosti nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00fdch \u0161kol a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 mo\u017en\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch n\u00e1pad\u016f u n\u00e1s ve \u0161kole. Ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b projektu zrealizuj\u00ed podobn\u00fd v\u00fdjezd \u017e\u00e1ci. Po n\u00e1vratu pl\u00e1nujeme zrealizovat besedu pro \u017e\u00e1ky i rodi\u010de, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ve\u0159ejnost, d\u00e1le v\u00fdstavu k dan\u00e9 problematice, kterou bychom obohatili o zku\u0161enosti z cesty.
